Depuis la fameuse opération de récupération forcée de l’ex-emprise de la MINUSMA de la localité de Ber, dans la Région de Tombouctou, à priori considérée comme opération test des capacités des terroristes FAMa-WAGNER selon les termes du Premier Ministre de la junte au pouvoir à Bamako, les exactions de toutes sortes ont jalonné son parcours. Elles sont devenues le lot quotidien des populations rencontrées et/ou restées sur place malgré les assurances d’apaisement des autorités régionales.

Ainsi, sans aucune considération particulière, tous les habitants du secteur sont automatiquement assimilés à des terroristes et sont manu-militari fouillés, embarqués, voire sommairement exécutés sans aucune forme de procès.

C’est dans cette situation délétère que plus de 17 personnes civiles ont été arrêtées à Ber dès le lendemain de son installation, torturées et certaines disparues ou exécutées.

Faut-il rappeler que Ber était une emprise importante de la CMA depuis la signature du cessez-le-feu du 23 mai 2014. Jamais dérogation aux règles de ce cessez le feu et des autres arrangements sécuritaires consensuels n’avait été constatée durant 8 ans. Il est inexplicable que la fameuse mission fasse fi non seulement de la présence des forces, des militants et sympathisants de la CMA mais en plus, considère par défaut tout élément même non armé comme terroriste.

Les arrestations, les brimades, les pillages des épiceries et d’objets usuels obsolètes, les exactions et exécutions sommaires, la désinformation sont devenus le mode opératoire de cette armée terroriste, qui se dit républicaine.

Aujourd’hui encore 28 Août, deux avions des Famas ont largué des bombes sur le village d’Anefis pour terroriser les habitants et sur une position de la CMA sans faire de victimes.

Connaissant par expérience les méthodes expeditives des terroristes FAMa et de leur milice Wagner, la CMA avait tiré la sonnette d’alarme, sans effets auprès de la Communauté Internationale.

Après maintes analyses et au vu de ce qui précède, la CMA considère que la junte de Bamako a définitivement et délibérément opté pour une escalade vers des hostilités ouvertes aux conséquences obligatoirement désastreuses.

Elle prend à témoin l’opinion nationale et internationale, qu’elle a été conciliante, consensuelle et patiente durant 8 longues années de tergiversations multiformes pour engager en vain la mise en œuvre de l’accord pour la paix et la réconciliation conformément à ses engagements.

Since the famous forced recovery operation of the former MINUSMA hold in the locality of Ber, in the Timbuktu Region, a priori considered as a test operation of the capacities of the FAMa-WAGNER terrorists according to the terms of the Prime Minister of the junta in power in Bamako, abuses of all kinds have marked his career. They have become the daily lot of the populations encountered and/or remained on the spot despite the assurances of appeasement from the regional authorities.

Thus, without any particular consideration, all the inhabitants of the sector are automatically assimilated to terrorists and are manu-militari searched, embarked, even summarily executed without any form of trial.

It is in this deleterious situation that more than 17 civilians were arrested in Ber the day after its installation, tortured and some disappeared or executed.

Need it be recalled that Ber was an important hold of the CMA since the signing of the ceasefire of May 23, 2014. Never derogation from the rules of this ceasefire and other consensual security arrangements had not been noted for 8 years . It is inexplicable that the famous mission ignores not only the presence of forces, activists and sympathizers of the CMA but in addition, considers by default any element even unarmed as terrorist.

Arrests, bullying, looting of groceries and obsolete everyday objects, exactions and summary executions, disinformation have become the modus operandi of this terrorist army, which calls itself republican.

Again today, August 28, two Famas planes dropped bombs on the village of Anefis to terrorize the inhabitants and on a position of the CMA without causing any casualties.

Knowing from experience the expeditious methods of the FAMa terrorists and their Wagner militia, the CMA had sounded the alarm, without effect with the international community.

After many analyzes and in view of the foregoing, the CMA considers that the Bamako junta has definitively and deliberately opted for an escalation towards open hostilities with necessarily disastrous consequences.

It takes national and international opinion to witness that it has been conciliatory, consensual and patient for 8 long years of multifaceted procrastination to initiate in vain the implementation of the agreement for peace and reconciliation in accordance with its commitments. .
