Exactions des Famas et de Wagner

Des morts, des blessés, des villages désertés, des habitations saccagées
Ainsi peut-on résumer l’avancée des Famas et de leur protecteur et complice Wagner : morts, blessés, lynchages, villages vidés et pillés. Ils avancent par voie terrestre et par voie aérienne. Semant parmi les populations civiles terreur, peur panique, dépossession, désolation et deuil.
Il s’agit de massacres brutaux et de génocide ethnique de l’armée malienne, les Famas, et des mercenaires russes entre Tombouctou et Ber. Ils tuent les pauvres gens, les bergers, par pendaison sans procès légal. Arbitraire et totale impunité sont les maîtres mots de la situation.
Aprés le blocus sur Tombouctou de divers groupes de terroristes, c’est au tour des Famas (armée malienne) et des mercenaires de Wagner de terroriser les populations de l’Azawad. Ils opèrent par groupes mixtes famas-wagner selon toujours les mêmes méthodes au mépris des droits humains les plus élémentaires.
Ils s’attaquent uniquement aux populations sans défense et aux emblêmes de l’Azawad et de la CMA. Lorsqu’ils tombent dans une embuscade de Gat (groupes terroristes armés) ils se replient et ne les affrontent pas.
L’arrivée de nombreuses familles depuis le 24/08 à la frontière algérienne en face de Borj Baji Mokhtar vient grossir les rangs des milliers de réfugiés déjà répartis au Nord de l’Azawad qui ne traversent pas la frontière car l’armée algérienne (Anp) tout aussi barbare et sauvage que les Famas, elle aussi alliée des milices Wagner hébergées en Algérie, à tôt fait d’ouvrir le feu sur tout ce qui bouge de civil. De nombreux véhicules de civils et de commerçants portent des traces ou impacts de balles de l’armée ou gendarmerie algérienne.
Les villages situés entre Ber, Arbichi, In tedjeft, Dangouma, Nara et Gourma subissent le même sort. Les Famas font la chasse au facies au bord du fleuve sur la rive nord. La population a déserté les lieux avant l’arrivée des Famas et de Wagner. Mais ils ont cassé et pillé toutes les maisons du coeur de l’Azawad.
Rappelons qu’à Ber, la Minusma a utilisé un drone de l’ONU dans des combats entre les belligérants pour aider les Famas et la milice Wagner. Puis elle a ouvert sa base à la milice Wagner.
témoignage audioEnfin, il est à signaler que Wagner procède actuellement au recrutement et entrainement des Donsos, c’est le massacre des peulhs et des touaregs assuré. Une prime à la guerre civile qui se prépare. Le chef de la milice a enregistré sa propre vidéo, diffusée par le groupe, qui a été filmée au centre, où des activités sont en cours pour renforcer et recruter la milice Donso à leur service. بعد حصار تمبكتو من قبل مجموعات مختلفة من الإرهابيين، جاء دور فاماس (الجيش المالي) ومرتزقة فاغنر لترويع سكان أزواد. إنهم يعملون في مجموعات مختلطة من العائلات والفاغنر، ويستخدمون دائمًا نفس الأساليب في تحدٍ لأبسط حقوق الإنسان.
إنهم يهاجمون فقط السكان العزل وشعاري أزواد وحركة الاحتجاج. وعندما يقعون في كمين جات (الجماعات الإرهابية المسلحة) يتراجعون ولا يتصدون لهم.
أدى وصول العديد من العائلات منذ 24/08 إلى الحدود الجزائرية مقابل برج باجي مختار إلى تضخم صفوف آلاف اللاجئين المنتشرين بالفعل في شمال أزواد والذين لا يعبرون الحدود لأن الجيش الجزائري (آنب) همجي ومتوحش. حيث سرعان ما تفتح عائلة فاماس، وهي أيضًا حليفة لميليشيات فاغنر المستضافة في الجزائر، النار على أي شيء يتحرك مدنيًا. وتحمل العديد من مركبات المدنيين والتجار آثار أو ثقوب رصاص من الجيش الجزائري أو الدرك.

تذكر أنه في بير، استخدمت مينوسما طائرة بدون طيار تابعة للأمم المتحدة في القتال بين المتحاربين لمساعدة فاماس وميليشيا فاغنر. ثم فتحت قاعدتها لميليشيا فاغنر.
