Dans la vallée du Tilemsi, Anefis est victime d’une attaque aérienne. Elle est violemment bombardée par les Famas tandis que l’aviation militaire algérienne complice continue comme à son habitude depuis de nombreuses années à survoler à basse altitude les campements de populations touarègues réfugiées qui ne peuvent aller nulle part ailleurs dans le but de les terroriser avec les migs russes.
L’armée malienne est accompagnée de la milice russe de mercenaires Wagner qui ont déjà massacré sauvagement et volé ou saccagé les biens de la population civile durant leur avancée barbare entre Tombouctou et la base de la Minusma de Ber qui fut occupée que grace à la complicité des troupes du Burkina Faso de la Minusma qui sont allées jusqu’à utiliser un drone de l’Onu pour guider les Famas et la milice Wagner. Une incroyable complicité et collusion entre des casques bleus censés représenter les Nations Unies et non pas un belligérant, encore moins le boucher de l’Azawad.
Aujourd’hui aprés que les villages se trouvant le long du fleuve entre Tombouctou, Ber et Gourma ont été vidés de leur population qui a fuit dans le désert puis dans un second temps systématiquement et méthodiquement saccagés par les Famas et Wagner qui pensent avoir désormais reçu un feu vert et un accord au moins tacite du reste du monde, c’est Anefis qui est la cible de ces nouveaux atilas des temps modernes. Des albatros mitraillent et bombardent à l’aveugle la ville et ses environs.
La Minusma était censée renforcer la protection des populations civiles. Elle était également censée condamner toute violation de l’accord de cessez-le-feu depuis le mois de juin 2015. Elle rappelait et soulignait la nécessité de respecter la lettre et l’esprit de l’Accord de paix. La MINUSMA se disait toujours prête à poursuivre la mise en œuvre de son Mandat, “en apportant tout le soutien nécessaire à la consolidation du processus de paix”. En août 2023, la Minusma n’est plus que l’ombre d’elle-même et les troupes putschistes et mercenaires se permettent toutes les exactions possibles. Et comme pour narguer le continent africain et l’ensemble de la communauté internationale, les colonels putschistes maliens libéraient cet été des chefs de l’État islamique au grand Sahara (EIGS) ainsi que nombre de terroristes détenus dans les géoles de Bamako.
Va-t-on encore assister à une période de génocide avancé du peuple de l’Azawad, principalement dans sa majorité composée de nomades et de villageois touaregs, maures et peuls. Cela fait plus de 60 ans que ce génocide est en cours rien ni personne ne l’arrêterait-il ? Même côté CMA (Coordination des mouvements de l’Azawad), silence radio. Quoiqu’il en soit, plus il sera un peuple martyr, plus le peuple de l’Azawad aiguisera sa conscience et surmontera les obstacles à sa libération. Le peuple du Sahara renaîtra toujours de ses cendres. Le Sahara est beaucoup trop grand pour ses prédateurs et pour le déshonneur. Ses ennemis - et ses complices proches ou lointains - ne font qu’accumuler les preuves de leur mépris des vies humaines, du droit international et des droits humains dont ils devront forcément rendre compte un jour ou l’autre quand bien même les médias se taisent ou que l’enclavement les empêche d’être informés de la situation réelle sur le terrain. Comme au Rwanda, où partout dans le monde, aucune considération, ni politique, ni économique, ne peut justifier le génocide et les génocidaires.

هل ما زلنا نشهد فترة من الإبادة الجماعية المتقدمة لشعب أزواد، الذي تتكون أغلبيته بشكل رئيسي من البدو الرحل والقرويين الطوارق والمغاربيين والفولانيين؟ إن هذه الإبادة الجماعية مستمرة منذ أكثر من 60 عاماً. ألا يستطيع أحد أو أي شيء أن يوقفها؟ نفس الجانب CMA (تنسيق حركات أزواد)، الصمت الإذاعي. ومهما كان الأمر، فكلما زاد استشهادهم، كلما زادت حدة ضمير شعب أزواد وتغلب على العقبات التي تحول دون تحريره. إن شعب الصحراء سوف يولد من جديد دائما من رمادهم. الصحراء كبيرة جدًا بالنسبة لمفترسيها وللعار. إن أعدائها - وشركائها المقربين أو البعيدين - لا يجمعون إلا الأدلة على استهتارهم بحياة البشر والقانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان، وهو ما سيحاسبون عليه بالضرورة يومًا أو آخر حتى لو صمت الإعلام أو أن العزلة تمنعه. وعدم اطلاعهم على الوضع الحقيقي على الأرض. كما هو الحال في رواندا، حيث في كل مكان في العالم، لا يمكن لأي اعتبار، لا سياسي ولا اقتصادي، أن يبرر الإبادة الجماعية ومرتكبي الإبادة الجماعية.

In the Tilemsi valley, Anefis is the victim of an air attack.
