Mali, Transition-EIGS, vrais putschistes et faux jihadistes

Les Famas bombardent la population de la Méma
L’armée malienne (Fams) n’épargne rien ni personne quand il s’agit de populations rurales nomades, son véritable ennemi depuis toujours. En effet, rappelons que les Famas ont assassiné depuis les fausses indépendances des années soixante, entre 200 et 300 000 personnes, bien plus si l’on compte les centaines de milliers de morts pour raisons de sous-développement imputables au régime militaire de Bamako, en raison des sécheresses successives contre lesquelles Bamako n’a jamais bougé le petit doigt pour les prévenir ou du moins en atténuer les conséquences. Bamako devra également assumer les conséquences des déplacements de populations vers d’autres pays depuis 1963 à ce jour. Les populations déplacées et réfugiées comptent également des centaines de milliers de victimes et de tragédies humaines totalement ignorées par le régime putschiste de Bamako. Bamako en est depuis sa relève bien assurée de la colonisation à prés d’une dizaine de coups d’État militaires. Tous les régimes putschistes maliens n’ont eu de cesse de pourchasser, réprimer et opprimer les populations nomades, principalement les populations martyres tamachek, peules et maures qui forcément aujourd’hui aprés plus d’un demi siècle de souffrances et de crimes impunis aspirent depuis fort longtemps à l’indépendance de l’Azawad et aussi du Macina.
Cependant, la justice viendra tôt ou tard et tous ces crimes contre l’humanité commis depuis soixante ans ne resteront pas impunis quand bien même les victimes ne seraient aux yeux des bourreaux que des “oreilles rouges” ou des nomades en guenilles. Plus les régimes putschistes de Bamako s’adonnent à des exactions à l’égard de populations démunies, sans aucun droit, spoliées et martyrisées, plus la justice se rapproche et le jour de vérité n’est plus trés loin. Quatre à cinq générations sacrifiées d’orphelins et d’orphelines, de pauvreté extrême, de campements soumis au racket et tant de viols et barbaries d’État, pour toutes ces populations déjà considérées comme inexistantes ou “négligeables” par autrefois les autorités coloniales qui les ont aspergées de 17 bombes atomiques et autres armes chimiques, bactériologiques et chimiques, aujourd’hui méprisées et atteintes dans leur dignité, leurs biens et leur droit à la vie, la justice fait son chemin. Et si la justice des hommes ne fait pas son devoir, une justice immanente viendra au secours des plus humbles, les Tilaqiouine envers qui les Anciens avaient un noble devoir de solidarité, de protection et d’amour.
Aujourd’hui, nous apprenons que les putschistes d’Assimi Goïta auraient libéré deux chefs importants de l’Eigs (État Islamique au Grand Sahara). Pour le premier, il s’agit d’Oumeya Ould Albakaye, ancien membre du Mujao, successeur d’Abdel Hakim Al-Sahraoui, ancien numéro 2 de l’Eigs et transfuge du Polisario-Anp. Quant au second, il s’agit de Dadi Ould Chaïb, alias Abou Darda, ancien du Mujao (Mouvement pour l’unicité et le jihad en Afrique de l’Ouest), déjà arrêté en 2014, puis libéré aprés l’accord qui permit la libération de Soumaïla Cissé et de Sophie Pétronin, otages d’un groupe jihadiste qualifié de concurrent (?), le Groupe de soutien à l’islam et aux musulmans (JNIM). Encore arrété en 2021 par la force Barkhane.
Selon le média Jeune Afrique, cette libération serait le “fruit de négociations inédites entre la junte au pouvoir et l’EIGS”. Quand on sait qu’avec un seul euro par jour, des manipulateurs peuvent acheter l’agrément des plus fragiles, qu’un être humain désespéré manquant de discernement peut ainsi vendre son âme au diable. Tant de manipulation ont eu lieu depuis les pseudos terrorismes importés d’Algérie auxquels ont participé les chefs du faux terrorisme et de la vraie contrebande tels que les Mokhtar Belmokhtar, alias Mokhtar Marlboro, nombre de chefs des Ansardine el islam, Eigs, Alqaida Maghreb islamique, Jnim (Groupe de soutien à líslam et aux musulmans) et autres mercenaires du Polisario-Anp ayant participé notament aux destructions de mausolés et aux autodafés de manuscrits de Tombouctou, et autres acronymes, on est en droit de sínterroger sur les diverses manoeuvres en coulisse depuis plusieurs décennies dans la sous-région.
Toujours selon Jeune Afrique, “Certains y voient les bases d’un possible pacte de non-agression entre l’EIGS et les Forces armées maliennes (Fama) et leurs supplétifs russes de Wagner, qui entendent récupérer les bases septentrionales bientôt laissées vacantes par la Minusma. La mission de l’ONU au Mali quittera en effet le pays d’ici au 31 décembre. Pour d’autres, ces libérations renforcent le bras de fer qui oppose les autorités de Bamako aux anciens rebelles du Nord, dont plusieurs groupes affrontent, depuis mars 2022, l’EIGS dans la région de Ménaka, sans le soutien des autorités.”
Aprés tant de manoeuvres et de commerce lucratif lié à l’industrie de l’enlèvement et de la prise d’ôtage, rançon, monnaie d’échange, silence, démentis, communiqué, affirmation, négociation, intervention, non-intervention, montage vidéo, mise en scène grossière sans cesse répétée dans une officine de caserne à Tamanrasset ou ailleurs, tout cela ne laisse pas indifférent l’observateur avisé voir le citoyen lambda, lui aussi doué de discernement.
Les putschistes de Bamako-Kati en libérant deux chefs de lÉIGS, ont-ils un agenda caché et fourbe, à l’algérienne, aprés le rapport accablant de l’Onu sur le massacre de Moura commis par les Famas (armée malienne putschiste) et Wagner et la désaprobation unanime des crimes contre l’humanité commis ? Depuis quelques longues semaines, heureusement, le terrorisme ne défraie plus la chronique au Mali, fallait-il laissé le champ médiatique libre pour les bidouillages institutionnels et politiciens, les constitution sur mesure, référendum et retrait de la Minusma ? Ces derniers ont occupé le devant de la scène un temps, mais il s’agit de revenir aux fondamentaux : libération de terroristes, regains d’attentats, action, réaction, et voilà le tour est joué. Quelles que soient les alliances passées les populations pauvres, rurales et nomades, serviront bien évidemment encore de chaire à canon.
Lorsque l’on sait que l’Algérie, c’est à dire l’Anp et la DRS, est toujours en arrière-plan, en filigrane ou en logistique, dès qu’il est question de jihadisme, d’islamisme et de terrorisme, on est en droit de s’interroger à quel jeu en eau troubles se livrent les différents acteurs déclarés ou cachés d’un Mali aux mains de putschistes et d’une milice - Wagner pour ne pas la citer - de mercenaires aventuriers sans foi ni loi. S’agitt-il encore d’une transaction ? La dite “transition” aura bien du mal à justifier la libération de dangereux chefs jihadistes de l’EIGS. N’oublions pas que nous sommes au pays de l’arbitraire et surtout de l’impunité.

لكن العدالة ستتحقق عاجلاً أم آجلاً وكل هذه الجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي ارتكبت على مدى الستين عاماً الماضية لن تمر دون عقاب رغم أن الضحايا سيكونون فقط “آذان حمراء” أو بدو رحل في عيون الجلادين. وكلما انغمست الأنظمة الانقلابية في باماكو في الانتهاكات ضد السكان المعوزين ، دون أي حقوق ، والمسلوبين والشهداء ، كلما اقتربت العدالة وأصبح يوم الحقيقة بعيدًا جدًا. أربعة إلى خمسة أجيال من الأيتام والأيتام الذين تم التضحية بهم ، من الفقر المدقع ، والمخيمات المعرضة للابتزاز والكثير من الاغتصاب وبربرية الدولة ، لجميع هؤلاء السكان الذين اعتبرتهم السلطات الاستعمارية غير موجودة أو “لا تذكر” من قبل الذين رشوهم بـ 17 ذرية. القنابل وغيرها من الأسلحة الكيماوية والبكتريولوجية والكيميائية ، المحتقرة والمهاجمة اليوم في كرامتهم وممتلكاتهم وحقهم في الحياة ، والعدالة تشق طريقها. وإذا لم يقم عدالة الرجال بواجبه ، فإن العدالة الجوهرية ستأتي لمساعدة الأكثر تواضعًا ، التلكوين الذين كان على القدماء واجب نبيل في التضامن والحماية والمحبة تجاههم.
اليوم ، علمنا أن الانقلابيين في عاصمي غوتا كانوا سيطلقون سراح اثنين من القادة المهمين في إيغ (الدولة الإسلامية في الصحراء الكبرى). الأول ، أمية ولد البقاعي ، عضو سابق في موجاو ، وريث عبد الحكيم الصحراوي ، الرقم 2 السابق في إيغ والمنشق عن جبهة البوليساريو. أما الثاني فهو دادي ولد الشايب الملقب بأبو الدرداء ، موجاو سابقًا (حركة الوحدة والجهاد في غرب إفريقيا) ، سبق اعتقاله عام 2014 ، ثم أطلق سراحه بعد الاتفاق الذي سمح بالإفراج عن الرهينتين سوميلة سيسي وصوفي بترونين. من جماعة جهادية مؤهلة كمنافس (؟) ، جماعة دعم الإسلام والمسلمين (JNIM). اعتقلته قوة برخان مرة أخرى عام 2021.

هل كان للانقلابيين في باماكو كاتي بإطلاق سراح اثنين من زعماء EIGS ، أجندة خفية ومضللة ، على الطريقة الجزائرية ، بعد التقرير اللعين للأمم المتحدة حول مذبحة مورا التي ارتكبها فاماس (الانقلابيون في الجيش المالي) وفاغنر وفاغنر عدم الموافقة بالإجماع على الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية؟ لحسن الحظ ، لم يكن الإرهاب في الأخبار في مالي لبضعة أسابيع طويلة ، فهل ينبغي ترك وسائل الإعلام حرة لإجراء تعديلات مؤسسية وسياسية ودساتير مصممة خصيصًا واستفتاءات وسحب مينوسما؟ احتلت الأخيرة مركز الصدارة لبعض الوقت ، لكنها مسألة العودة إلى الأساسيات: إطلاق سراح الإرهابيين ، وعودة الهجمات ، والعمل ، ورد الفعل ، وهذا كل شيء. ومهما كانت التحالفات ، فمن الواضح أن السكان الفقراء والريفيين والبدو سيظلون بمثابة علف للمدافع.

Mali, Transition-EIGS, real putschists and fake jihadists
The Malian army (Fams) spares nothing and no one when it comes to nomadic rural populations, its real enemy since always. Indeed, let us recall that the Famas have murdered since the false independence of the sixties, between 200 and 300,000 people, much more if we count the hundreds of thousands of deaths for reasons of underdevelopment attributable to the military regime of Bamako, because of the successive droughts against which Bamako has never moved a finger to prevent them or at least mitigate their consequences. Bamako will also have to bear the consequences of the displacement of populations to other countries since 1963 to date. The displaced and refugee populations also count hundreds of thousands of victims and human tragedies completely ignored by the putschist regime in Bamako. Bamako has since taken over from colonization after nearly a dozen military coups. All the putschist regimes in Mali have never ceased to hunt down, repress and oppress the nomadic populations, mainly the martyred Tamashek, Fulani and Moorish populations who inevitably today, after more than half a century of suffering and unpunished crimes, have been yearning for for a very long time to the independence of Azawad and also of Macina.
However, justice will come sooner or later and all these crimes against humanity committed over the past sixty years will not go unpunished even though the victims will only be “red ears” or nomads in rags in the eyes of the executioners. The more the putschist regimes of Bamako indulge in abuses against destitute populations, without any rights, despoiled and martyred, the closer justice comes and the day of truth is not very far away. Four to five sacrificed generations of orphans and orphans, of extreme poverty, camps subject to racketeering and so much rape and state barbarism, for all these populations already considered as non-existent or “negligible” by the colonial authorities who sprayed them with 17 atomic bombs and other chemical, bacteriological and chemical weapons, today despised and attacked in their dignity, their property and their right to life, justice is making its way. And if the justice of men does not do its duty, an immanent justice will come to the aid of the most humble, the Tilaqiouine towards whom the Ancients had a noble duty of solidarity, protection and love.
Today, we learn that the putschists of Assimi Goïta would have freed two important leaders of the Eigs (Islamic State in the Great Sahara). According to the Jeune Afrique media, this release would be the “fruit of unprecedented negotiations between the ruling junta and the EIGS”. When we know that with a single euro a day, manipulators can buy the approval of the most fragile, that a desperate human being lacking in discernment can thus sell his soul to the devil. So much manipulation has taken place since the pseudo terrorism imported from Algeria in which the leaders of false terrorism and real smuggling have taken part such as the Mokhtar Belmokhtar, alias Mokhtar Marlboro, many leaders of the Ansardine el islam, Eigs, Alqaida Islamic Maghreb , Jnim (Support Group for Islam and Muslims) and other Polisario-Anp mercenaries who participated in particular in the destruction of mausoleums and the burning of manuscripts in Timbuktu, and other acronyms, we are entitled to question the various behind-the-scenes maneuvers for several decades in the sub-region.
Still according to Jeune Afrique, “Some see there the bases of a possible non-aggression pact between the EIGS and the Malian Armed Forces (Fama) and their Russian auxiliaries of Wagner, who intend to recover the northern bases soon left vacant by the Minusma.The UN mission in Mali will indeed leave the country by December 31. For others, these releases reinforce the standoff between the authorities of Bamako and the former rebels of the North, of which several groups face , since March 2022, the EIGS in the Ménaka region, without the support of the authorities.”
After so many maneuvers and lucrative trade linked to the kidnapping and hostage-taking industry, ransom, bargaining chip, silence, denials, press release, affirmation, negotiation, intervention, non-intervention, video editing, staging rude constantly repeated in a barrack pharmacy in Tamanrasset or elsewhere, all this does not leave indifferent the wise observer see the average citizen, also gifted with discernment.
Did the Bamako-Kati putschists by releasing two leaders of the ÉIGS, have a hidden and deceitful agenda, in the Algerian way, after the damning report of the UN on the Moura massacre committed by the Famas (Malian army putschist) and Wagner and the unanimous disapproval of the crimes against humanity committed? For a few long weeks, fortunately, terrorism has not been in the news in Mali, should the media be left free for institutional and political tweaks, tailor-made constitutions, referendums and the withdrawal of Minusma? The latter occupied center stage for a time, but it is a question of returning to the fundamentals: release of terrorists, resurgence of attacks, action, reaction, and that’s it. Whatever the alliances, the poor, rural and nomadic populations will obviously still serve as cannon fodder.
When we know that Algeria, that is to say the Anp and the DRS, is always in the background, implicitly or in logistics, when it comes to jihadism, Islamism and terrorism , we are entitled to wonder what troubled water game the various declared or hidden actors are engaged in in a Mali in the hands of putschists and a militia - Wagner not to mention it - mercenary adventurers without faith or law. Is it still a transaction? The so-called “transition” will have a hard time justifying the release of dangerous jihadist leaders from the EIGS. Let’s not forget that we are in the country of arbitrariness and above all of impunity.
