Les Famas bombardent la population de la Méma
L’armée malienne (Fams) n’épargne rien ni personne quand il s’agit de populations rurales nomades. Hommes, femmes, enfants, bétail, cheptel, biens, provisions alimentaires, campements, tout y passe indistinctement.
Comme au temps des guerres mondiales ou coloniales, du Vietnam, d’Algérie, d’Afghanistan, du Cameroun, d’Irak, etc, les Famas tirent lachement du ciel sur des populations les plus pauvres, déshéritées, sans aucune défense et au hasard dans le tas !
Justice doit être faite pour ces violations des droits humains les plus élémentaires à la vie et qui s’apparentent à des crimes de guerre. Une guerre qui ne dit pas son nom depuis 60 ans.
Est-ce que les organisations et institutions internationales, les médias, vont continuer à fermer les yeux longtemps, rester dans l’inaction, malgré tous les affronts, malgré toutes les preuves tangibles, toutes les tragédies ?
Plus cette attitude se prolonge et plus elle mettra en posture de complicité et de mensonge par ommission de tous les acteurs et observateurs demeurés dans le silence et la passivité.
Les tribunaux internationaux, comme le Tribunal International pour l’ex-Yougoslavie, maintiennent le lien entre ce crime et l’existence d’un conflit armé, y incluant les conflits intérieurs, tout en complétant la définition de Nuremberg relative à la torture, au viol et à l’emprisonnement, comme actes constituant des crimes contre l’humanité (assassinat, extermination, réduction en esclavage, expulsion, emprisonnement, torture, viol, persécutions pour des raisons politiques, raciales et religieuses et autres actes inhumains lorsqu’ils ont été commis au cours d’un conflit armé, de caractère international ou intérieur, et dirigés contre une population civile, quelle qu’elle soit).
L’attaque contre des populations civiles généralisée ou systématique, et de nature discriminatoire et/ou ces mêmes actes, commis « dans le cadre d’une attaque généralisée et systématique dirigée contre une population civile quelle qu’elle soit, en raison de son appartenance nationale, politique, ethnique, raciale ou religieuse » constituent de véritables crimes contre l’Humanité dument qualifiés.

وكلما طالت مدة هذا الموقف ، زاد وضعه في موقف التواطؤ والأكاذيب عن طريق إغفال جميع الجهات الفاعلة والمراقبين الذين ظلوا صامتين وسلبيين.
تحافظ المحاكم الدولية ، مثل المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة ، على الصلة بين هذه الجريمة ووجود نزاع مسلح ، بما في ذلك النزاعات الداخلية ، مع استكمال تعريف نورمبرغ المتعلق بالتعذيب والاغتصاب والسجن ، كأفعال تشكل جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
