Massacres commis par les Famas et Wagner de Niafunké à Tombouctou

Depuis une quinzaine de jours, l’armée malienne et la milice russe de mercenaires Wagner massacrent et volent les biens de la population civile durant leur avancée chaotique vers la base de la Minusma de Ber.

• Dans son parcours pour Tombouctou, le convoi FAMa et partenaires Russes s’est arrêté à Sanbani (15.7504203, -4.5478692) le 6/8/2023 où à l’entrée du village, l’occupant du siège passager d’une moto a tiré sur eux et a pu s’enfuir. Les recherches ont conduit le convoi sur la place publique du village où ils ont fait venir le chef de village en lui disant de demander à tous ceux qui cachent des armes dans leur maison de les amener en lui garantissant que rien ne sera fait à personne.

Le chef de village a donc lancé un appel à tous avec le haut-parleur de la mosquée pour venir déposer les armes en leur possession (plusieurs personnes sont armées dans ce village pour leur propre sécurité). Ainsi, chaque personne qui venait déposer son arme était invité à se mettre à côté, un peu loin du grand groupe. Jusqu’à la dernière personne, après un décompte, il y a eu 17 personnes qui ont remis leurs armes parmi lesquels des vieux et des adultes (13 Touaregs noirs et 4 peuls). Ils ont donc demandé aux 17 personnes de rentrer dans un camion, le chef de village a protesté en leur rappelant qu’ils lui ont promis de ne faire du mal à personne. Ils lui ont répondu qu’ils vont juste les amener mais qu’ils vont les relâcher sans problème. Le convoi est donc sortie du village pour prendre la route vers Soumpi. À la sortie du village, environ 1 km à l’est, ils ont égorgés, une à une, les 17 personnes. Ce sont quelques minutes après que leurs corps seront découverts par les populations.

• Le même jour 6/8/2023, le convoi continue son parcours et atteint dans l’après-midi, le hameau de culture dénommé Madou Dabaï ou Hondou-Thié à 5 km au sud de Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009) sur lequel il ouvre le feu tuant un homme et 3 femmes dont une portant un bébé au dos qui survivra aux tirs.

• Sur le même parcours, le 7/8/2023, à la sortie ouest du village de Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009), le convoi croise trois (3) jeunes du village venant à Sanbani sur une moto sur lesquels il ouvre le feu sans distinction, les tuant sur le coup. Leurs corps seront découverts et enterrés par les villageois le 8/8/2023.

• Le même jour, à l’est du village de Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009) dans le hameau de cultures dénommé Gan, le convoi tue le marabout Hamar Modou de Diartou dans son champ.

• Le 7/8/2023 dans l’après-midi, le convoi execute Kola de Thirna (négociant/commerçant en or à Léré) à l’est de Soumpi et récupère son sac contenant plusieurs millions de FCFA. Il sera découvert et enterré par les populations de Soumpi le 9/8/2023.

• De Sanbani jusqu’à Soumpi, le convoi a systématiquement ouvert le feu sans distinction (des tirs d’au moins 30 minutes selon les témoignages) contre les habitations dans plusieurs villages, campements et hameaux de cultures dont Fammsara (15.8049258, -4.5223621), Hondatie, Madou-Dabaï, des campements autour du village de Dofana (15.7968153, -4.391474), Enekar, Farana (15.8216528, -4.3305753) entre les 6 et 8/8/2023.

• Depuis le passage du convoi vers Niafunké, Goundam et Tombouctou, les populations ne cessent de découvrir des corps sans vie de personnes fauchées par balles par lot d’un, deux ou trois, dans différents endroits desdits villages et dans les campements où hameaux de cultures aux alentours.

• Un dernier bilan général (provisoire) mis à jour le 10/8/2023 confirme le nombre de 51 corps sans vie retrouvés entre Sanbani (15.7504203, -4.5478692) et Soumpi (15.843328, -4.3244079).

 على نفس المسار بتاريخ 7/8/2023 عند المخرج الغربي لقرية كوكونتو (15.8214604، -4.5146009) تعبر القافلة ثلاثة (3) شبان من القرية قادمين إلى السنباني على دراجة نارية تنفتح عليها. النار دون تمييز وقتلهم على الفور. سيتم اكتشاف جثثهم ودفنها من قبل أهالي القرية بتاريخ 8/8/2023.

 في نفس اليوم ، شرق قرية كوكونتو (15.8214604 ، -4.5146009) في قرية زراعية تسمى غان ، قتلت القافلة المرابط حمر مودو من ديارتو في حقله.

 في 7/8/2023 ظهرًا ، نفذت القافلة كولا دي ثيرنا (تاجر / تاجر ذهب في ليري) شرق سومبي واسترد حقيبته التي تحتوي على عدة ملايين من الفرنك الأفريقي. سيتم اكتشافه ودفنه من قبل سكان سومبي في 9/8/2023.

COORDINATION OF AZAWAD MOVEMENTS (CMA)

They therefore asked the 17 people to get into a truck, the village chief protested by reminding them that they had promised him not to harm anyone. They answered him that they will just bring them but that they will release them without problem. The convoy therefore left the village to take the road to Soumpi. At the exit of the village, about 1 km to the east, they cut their throats, one by one, the 17 people. It is a few minutes after that their bodies will be discovered by the populations.

 On the same day 6/8/2023, the convoy continues its journey and reaches in the afternoon, the farming hamlet called Madou Dabaï or Hondou-Thié 5 km south of Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009) on which it opens fire killing a man and 3 women including one carrying a baby on her back who will survive the shots.

 On the same route, on 7/8/2023, at the western exit of the village of Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009), the convoy crosses three (3) young people from the village coming to Sanbani on a motorcycle on which it opens fire without distinction, killing them instantly. Their bodies will be discovered and buried by the villagers on 8/8/2023.

 The same day, east of the village of Kokonto (15.8214604, -4.5146009) in the farming hamlet called Gan, the convoy killed the marabout Hamar Modou of Diartou in his field.

 On 7/8/2023 in the afternoon, the convoy executes Kola de Thirna (gold trader/trader in Léré) east of Soumpi and recovers his bag containing several million FCFA. He will be discovered and buried by the populations of Soumpi on 9/8/2023.

 From Sanbani to Soumpi, the convoy systematically opened fire without distinction (shooting for at least 30 minutes according to testimonies) against dwellings in several villages, camps and agricultural hamlets including Fammsara (15.8049258, -4.5223621), Hondatie, Madou-Dabaï, camps around the village of Dofana (15.7968153, -4.391474), Enekar, Farana (15.8216528, -4.3305753) between 6 and 8/8/2023.

 Since the passage of the convoy towards Niafunké, Goundam and Timbuktu, the populations have not ceased to discover the lifeless bodies of people mown down by bullets in batches of one, two or three, in different places in the said villages and in the camps or farming hamlets. Around.

 A last general report (provisional) updated on 10/8/2023 confirms the number of 51 dead bodies found between Sanbani (15.7504203, -4.5478692) and Soumpi (15.843328, -4.3244079).
