Aprés Kidal, un nouveau front ?

L’arrivée dans Kidal vidée de sa population autochtone et de ses combattants n’est pas une victoire mais un repli qui pourrait bien transformer l’arrivée des Famas et surtout des mercenaires criminels de Wagner en un véritable Stalingrad du désert. L’avenir nous le dira car sans doute les forces combattantes résistantes à l’occupation transformeront-elles l’intrusion des mercenaires en non-événement, en enfer sur terre et en tout cas révélateur de la couardise et de la lâcheté des Famas (forces armées maliennes) ainsi que de l’indignité et du déshonneur de ceux qui auront trahi le peuple des Imouhar en devenant leurs collaborateurs ou supplétifs de service préférant vivre dans le déshonneur sans doute pour quelques miettes de pain ou grains de riz en overdose de pilipili ou en CFA jaunis et moisis. Un traître n’est guère rien d’autre que ce que l’on appelle Erk Alés ou Ouan Tabouk (homme de peu de valeur). Tôt ou tard, ne seront-ils pas confrontés, ensemble, à une terrible improbabilité ?

Kidal esseulée ou Moscou vide face à Napoléon ?

Ce 15/11/2023, c’est le jour de pillage à Kidal sous la protection et avec la participation des terroristes FAMAS/WAGER : rien n’est épargné, domiciles privés et boutiques. Cependant qu’un sniper résistant azawadien aurait ajouté 7 mercenaires Wagner au très lourd bilan du convoi criminel Anefif-Kidal composé des Famas, en partie scindés par la résistance et enfuis en cours de route, et, en grande majorité, de mercenaires terroristes de Wagner.

Pourquoi les quelques personnes issus des communautés du sud s’adonnent-elles à l’immigration interne ou extérieure et au pillage si ce n’est à cause de leur état de grande pauvreté dans une région du monde dont les pseudos gouvernants illégitimes et corrompus ne peuvent assurer ni la prospérité et ni le bien-être depuis plus de soixante années “d’indépendances” de pacotille.

Des correspondants et des analystes de médias mainstream ont changé d’attitude alors que ces derniers jours, ils intervenaient dans le paysage médiatique en alléguant que les Touaregs étaient des terroristes. Pourtant, ils semblent avoir tempérés ces amalgames et émis des réserves quant à la “grande victoire” des Famas alors que ce sont principalement des mercenaires payés par Wagner qui sont entrés sans gloire dans Kidal vide. Quant à “ElQaida”, selon le témoignage de responsables politiques dirigeants azawadiens, il est fort propable que ce soit encore des gens manipulés par Alger - ceux que l’on appelle désormais les “Faux Jihadistes” - et qui ne trompent plus personne -, financés et équipés au moyen de pétrodollars extorqués des entrailles du Sahara lui-même, usurpé et spolié grâce aux accords d’Evian et aux 17 bombes atomiques ayant dévasté le Sahara et le Sahel … car des Algériens du régime militaire dictatorial maffieux d’Alger ont déclaré avec ostentation sur les réseaux sociaux, il y a une semaine, “qu’il n’y aura pas d’Azawad même si l’Algérie disparait ou qu’il y aurait un tsunami”. Ce qui est un aveu de leur part qu’il s’agit là pour eux d’une question existentielle : tout s’explique par le tracé colonial au profit du port de pirates d’Alger (Barberousse etc) et du village de Bamako-Kati (simple hameau de 600 personnes au début du 20e siècle) au détriment et au mépris de l’histoire avec un grand H (à comparer avec Tombouctou, ville de plus de 100 000 habitants au 19 et 20es siècles et rayonnant depuis plus de 500 ans lorsqu’elle prit la relève de Oualata, héritière d’Aoudaghost). Aussi bien, les régimes putschistes algérien que malien et consorts, ne pourront jamais réformer ou réviser leur doctrine. Ils en sont foncièrement incapables. C’est pourquoi comme en 1963, en 1991, en 2012 et en 2023, ils s’arrangeront à chaque fois pour liquider le mouvement légitime et glorieux de la résistance des Touaregs, des Maures et des Peuls du Sahara et du Sahel pour la justice, la liberté et le développement harmonieux de tous.

Quant au Mali, ce n’est guère mieux puisque celui-ci va plonger dans les affres du sous-développement, le tragique de la répression de sa jeunesse et le tourment de la corruption, à l’image d’ailleurs de son grand voisin du Nord et de ses voisins du Sahel également grands instigateurs et consommateurs de coups d’État depuis la naissance des pseudo indépendances de pseudos États qui perdurent à ce jour encore dominés par les juntes militaires démagogiques, corrompues et forcément incompétentes ou incapable d’apporter la moindre organisation et le moindre bien-être à leurs propres populations sans illusions vivant au crochet de la charité des Ong internationales, d’ailleurs en grande partie émigrées en Europe souvent en qualité d’éboueurs, d’esclaves modernes ou de migrants clandestins sans parler de la honte de l’Afrique de l’Ouest qui laisse ses enfants mourir noyés après avoir été détroussés, rançonnés par les passeurs peu scrupuleux et autres aventuriers ou porteurs d’uniforme du point de départ à la tombe sans sépulture.

Rappelons, à propos d’Histoire, que les Touareg Aoudaghost notamment du royaume de Ghana, à l’image, par exemple, des Ilamtane et d’autres tribus, ont introduit le dromadaire en Afrique, il y a environ 2000 ans lors de la désertification actuelle. Anciens tirailleurs soudanais, plus connus en Europe sous le nom générique de tirailleurs sénégalais, les dirigeants d’un hypothétique Mali moderne ont toujours constitué rien d’autre qu’une ultra-minorité de Bamanan et affiliés de diverses milices locales récompensés par l’autorité coloniale constitués ou regroupés à leur tour en ligues affligeantes de nouveaux colons indigènes et piètres putschistes africains prédateurs tyrannisant leurs propres frères africains, rien de moins.

Les décennies se suivent et se ressemble pour le migrant clandestin, pour le Peul, le Touareg et le Maure nomades mis au ban de la société et victimes de pogroms réguliers, exclus de toute forme de développement et de justice. Les tirailleurs putschistes de Kati perpétuent ainsi l’ordre colonial. Après avoir fait appel aux troupes françaises (d’abord Françafrique - dans Françafrique, il y a conjointement France et Afrique - puis Serval, Barkhane \ldots), les Famas procèdent au remplacement des troupes françaises par les mercenaires aventuriers sans foi ni loi, repris de justice, délinquants de droit commun et criminels de guerre recrutés par la milice russe Wagner qui aurait l’ambition d’occuper le centre-ville de Kidal afin de donner le change en contrepartie de royalties, de rapines et de lingots d’or sonnant et trébuchants sans témoins gênants tels que les troupes de l’ONU mise dehors de la manière la plus inélégante possible.

Les recrutements de Wagner s’opèrent également en Algérie, en terre africaine et ailleurs, outre la présence fort probable d’instructeurs militaires algériens et de mercenaires du Polisario déjà identifiés sur le terrain des opérations et porteurs de papiers administratifs algériens attestés au moins depuis les destructions de mausolées et les auto-dafés de manuscrits de Tombouctou brulés il y a une décennie.

Solution à deux États et nouveau front

Selon des Azawadiens, “Il n’y aucune gloire pour une armée à rentrer dans une ville vide de ses habitants, sans aucune personne à administer. Prendre position dans un territoire déserté et désertique sans avoir conquis le cœur de son peuple n’est qu’illusion”. Selon Inkinane, Commandant du MNLA (mouvement national de libération de L’Azawad), “KIDAL, chacun aura sa lecture propre de la suite. Une chose est sûre le sentiment et le ressentiment ne seront pas le même de celui qui occupe la maison d’autrui et celui dont la maison est occupée.” Sur son compte Tweeter, Inkinane déclare que : “Le combat pour L’Azawad est un combat que nous menons pour notre liberté et le recouvrement de nos droits sur notre terre. Ce combat n’est pas lié à une ville où une zone particulière. Il sera mené le temps qu’il faudra jusqu’à atteindre notre objectif.”

Les populations azawadiennes espérent sans doute que leurs dirigeants sauront faire face dans l’unité à l’évolution de la situation dans le cadre de structures efficientes modernes et de l’aménokalat Azawad-Ahaggar-Ajjer, des Ifoghas, des Kel Ansar, des Taytok, des Kel Ghala, des Kel Ajjer et anciennement des Kel Ahamellen et des Imanen auxquels s’ajoindront l’aménokalat des IWioullimidden et des Kel Aïr, de Tombouctou à Ghadames.

Une solution à deux États, seule garante de la fin des exactions en toute sérénité à l’encontre des Touaregs au Mali, en Algérie, au Niger, en Libye : seule et unique véritable remède aux désastres qui ont suivi le tracé colonial de frontières artificielles, iniques et criminelles ainsi que les dictatures bananières, féroces, institutionnelles et militaires décadentes auxquelles les territoires ont été distribués au temps des fausses décolonisations et fausses indépendances depuis toujours entre les mains des mafias politico-militaires financières à l’image de la désormais émergente “Mafia DZ”.

L’élargissement manifeste de la lutte et de la résistance à l’ensemble des terres des Imouhars : ikalen n’Imouhar selon les valeurs et les principes de Toumast tan Kel Erou, la charte et l’éthique qui fait l’honneur et la fierté du monde touareg dans son ensemble démontre bien que la lutte ne fait que commencer et se renforcer de manière incontestable car il semble effectivement que de tout temps, les Touaregs resteront les maitres du désert et des grands espaces naturels.

Ni les mercenaires, ni les putschistes, ni les chasseurs d’hypopotames, ni personne d’autres ne peut les surpasser sur la terre de leurs ancêtres avec laquelle ils ne font qu’un au pays du dromadaire et des antilopes.

Bien sur, il est flagrant que le désert contemporain est sali par les torchères du pétrole, la fracturation hydraulique du gaz du schiste, les radiations des essais nucléaires, chimiques, bactériologiques, biologiques, balistiques et par l’urbanisation sauvage, corrompue et désordonnée qui importe au Sahara les maux, les vilénies et les saletés qui polluent et détruisent non seulement l’environnement, les humains, la flore et la faune mais aussi toute la planète rendant possible désormais une extinction globale due aux émissions de carbones, de divers poisons et au réchauffement climatique ainsi qu’à d’autres fléaux majeurs de notre temps tels que par exemple l’exploitation inconsidéré de l’uranium, l’usage des OGM, des pesticides, du mercure, des énergies fossiles et autres souillures et folies inconséquentes caractéristiques de l’anthropocène.

Toute expérience, y compris les échecs, sera transformée en richesse et en victoire, le désert lui-même avance de façon inexorable comme nous avons su vivre en symbiose avec lui nous saurons écarter ses ennemis, ses détracteurs, les ennemis et les prédateurs de ses enfants, et ce sera justice.

Les Imouhar surmonteront de manière irrésistible les difficultés et les embuches semées par des adversaires hostiles et petits, malfaisants et sans scrupules. Cela constitue un autre front qui n’existait pas avant.” L’Azawad - mais aussi l’Ahaggar, l’Ajjer, l’Azaouagh, l’Air et le Fezzan - sans doute se redéploira-t-il en perfectionnant ses techniques de guérilla adaptée à la situation et au désert ancestral, inchaallah, c’est en tout honneur qu’Azawad vaincra et ce sera justice.

Depuis plus de 60 années, les accords de paix et autre pacte national ont tous aboutis à des échecs successifs. Plutôt que de s’entêter, il faut bien se rendre à l’évidence. Au-delà de la désinformation, des fake-news, des hurlements ou des ricanements de hyène ou de charognards des Tirailleurs, putschistes et soldats de la haine, au-delà des épreuves de circonstance, à chacun sa stratégie de survie, à chacun son biotope, son écosystème, et ce sera justice.
